Please Come Join Us this Thursday January 18th for our first Senior Luncheon of 2024. Come at 11:30am for American Indian Health Services of Chicago's new Senior Swaggers Program. They are offering beginner-level chair exercises for 30 minutes as they integrate traditional Native stories and teachings. AIHS will also be available for wellness checks. Lunch served at noon followed by free mini prize bingo.
